Abstract: 

IN THE EMERGING ELECTRIC POWER MARKET, THE CONGESTION MANAGEMENT BECOMES VERY ESSENTIAL AND IT CAN IMPOSE A BARRIER TO THE ELECTRICITY TRADING. THIS PAPER PROPOSES AN OPTIMAL CONGESTION MANAGEMENT COME UP TO IN A DEREGULATED ELECTRICITY MARKET USING THE Social Spider OPTIMIZATION (SSO) Algorithm. CONGESTION IN A POWER SYSTEM IS TURNED UP DUE TO TRANSMISSION LINES LIMITS. SSO IS USED TO DETERMINE THE MINIMUM REDISPATCH COST. TEST RESULTS ON IEEE 24-BUS AND 118-BUS SYSTEMS INDICATE THAT THE SSO APPROACH COULD PROVIDE A LOWER RESCHEDULING COST SOLUTION COMPARED TO GA AND EP.

Abstract: 

The production of electrical energy from renewable sources has become an efficient solution to deal with the lack of fossil fuels, and prevent the emission of greenhouse gases and global warming. Due to the existence of different loads in terms of feeding priority, consumers can help the microgrid control center in optimizing the use of the microgrid and supplying energy to critical loads by providing the amount of load that can be interrupted or moved at different prices. Consumer pricing can reduce operating costs, especially when market prices are high. At the same time, with this method, consumers can economize on unimportant loads. In this paper, the effect of consumer pricing on the use of microgrids is analyzed considering the types of consumers and load priorities. The demand response program is achieved with the objective function of maximizing Social welfare. on the other hand, the operation is principally concerned with flattening the load curve as much as possible. The flatter the load curve, the better the capacity installed in the network , and as a result, it postpones the development of generation and transmission. In this regard, an attempt is made to operate the microgrid in the presence of demand response, so that while increasing Social welfare, the load curve is flat at an acceptable level. With these goals, the problem is formulated as a multi-objective objective function based on nonlinear programming GAMS optimization software used to solve the problem, and ε constraint will be used for multi-objective optimization.

Abstract: 

The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with Social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and Social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of Social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of Social progress? How do moral actions generate Social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of Social interactions have been Socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with Social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of Social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of Social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for progress.

Abstract: 

medical intelligence detection systems have been changed and also faced with some challenges. Breast cancer diagnosis and classification is one of these medical intelligence system. Early detection can increases the options for curative treatment. There are a variety of screening techniques available to detect breast cancer such as mammography, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound. These images have been presented for a variety of applications and different processing techniques to date based on the type of cancer diagnosis. This research used MIAS mammography image dataset and try to diagnose and classify benign, malignant and suspicious masses based on image processing and machine learning techniques. So, a new developed approach proposed which at first, apply pre-processing for noise reduction and image enhancement based on Quantum Inverse MFT, and then image segmentation with Social Spider Algorithm based on two features such as brightness and edges apply. Then two main parts of diagnosis and classification apply which based on ELM and MPM-ELM. Obtained results presented that proposed approach have better performance in comparison to others based on some evaluation criteria such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and also ROC and AUC.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Alternative punishments of imprisonment, which are called as a new approach of the penal system to fight against the negative consequences of prison, have many effects and consequences that need to be investigated. Therefore, in this study, while examining the types of alternative punishments, the moral and Social effects of the implementation of these punishments have been explored. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. In this study, in order to provide an appropriate answer to the question presented, by referring to the theoretical bases (books) and articles published in the ISC, Magiran, Civilica, SID and Ensani in the years 2011 to 2023 and with the method of extracting the existing legal provisions, the effectiveness of this type of punishment was also criticized in reaching the intended goals. Conclusion: The results of this study show that with the implementation of such punishments, the level of public trust, the growth of morals and Social capital in the society will also improve. Therefore, the implementation of these punishments, while reducing the criminal population of prisoners and reforming them, provides better implementation of Social justice and improvement of public trust, emotional and financial support for the families of criminals

Abstract: 

با گسترش شبکه های کامپیوتری و رشد روزافزون کاربردهای مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیاء (IoT)، شبکه های حسگر بی سیم (WSN)، و شبکه های پویا مانند MANET، مساله بهینه سازی مسیریابی به یکی از چالش های بنیادین در علوم رایانه و مهندسی شبکه تبدیل شده است. الگوریتم های سنتی همچون دایکسترا و بلمن-فورد اگرچه در محیط های پایدار کارایی نسبی دارند، اما به دلیل محدودیت در سازگاری با تغییرات دینامیک و چندهدفه بودن مسائل جدید، پاسخگوی نیازهای محیط های مدرن نیستند. در این راستا، هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی جامع نقش و کارایی الگوریتم فاخته (Cuckoo Optimization Algorithm - COA) به عنوان یک الگوریتم فراابتکاری نوین در بهینه سازی مسیریابی شبکه های کامپیوتری است. الگوریتم فاخته با الهام از رفتار تولیدمثل انگلی پرنده فاخته و سازوکار پرش های Lévy، به عنوان رویکردی ساده اما توانمند به ویژه برای حل مسائل غیرخطی، چندهدفه و پویا معرفی شده است. در این مقاله، ضمن تبیین ساختار، مراحل اجرایی و مزایا و معایب الگوریتم فاخته نسبت به روش های دیگر (مانند PSO، GA و ACO)، به مرور مطالعات میدانی و شبیه سازی های انجام شده در حوزه های WSN، MANET، SDN و IoT پرداخته شده است. نتایج پژوهش های گذشته نشان می دهد استفاده از COA سبب کاهش محسوس مصرف انرژی، بهبود نرخ تحویل بسته و افزایش طول عمر شبکه نسبت به الگوریتم های جایگزین شده است. همچنین، کاربردهای عملی COA در محیط های پویا و دارای تغییرات سریع توپولوژی، قابلیت ها و برتری های بیشتری نسبت به رقبای خود آشکار ساخته است. در ادامه، مقاله با تمرکز بر نتایج مقایسه ای میان COA و دیگر الگوریتم های فراابتکاری، نشان می دهد که الگوریتم فاخته به سبب سادگی ساختار، سرعت همگرایی بالا و توان جستجوی جامع تر، برای کاربردهای شبکه ای خصوصاً در سناریوهای داده محور و نوظهور، انتخاب مناسبی است. با این حال، چالش هایی نظیر نیاز به تنظیم بهینه پارامترها، تطبیق محدود با مسائل گسسته و عدم وجود استانداردسازی جامع نیز شناسایی شده است. بر همین اساس، پیشنهادهای پژوهشی آینده، بهره گیری از ترکیب COA با سایر الگوریتم ها، توسعه نسخه های یادگیری محور و به کارگیری آن در محیط های واقعی و بزرگ مقیاس را مورد تاکید قرار می دهد.

Abstract: 

This paper presents a Social harmony search Algorithm to solve optimization problems with continuous design variables. Although the Harmony Search (HS) Algorithm (HSA) has proven its ability in finding near global regions within a reasonable time, it is rather inefficient in performing local search. The proposed method applies the harmony search optimizer for global optimization and normal distribution is employed to update the position of each design variable of a new harmony found by the first rule of the HS (memory consideration) in every stage to rapidly attain the feasible solution space. Normal distribution works as a global search in early iterations and as a local search in final iterations to improve HS in order to quickly converge and find better solutions. Various benchmark optimization problems are used to illustrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method. Finally, the experimental results reveal the superiority of the proposed method in quick convergence and finding better solutions compared to the classic HS, its recently developed variants, and some other optimization Algorithms.

Abstract: 

This paper examines the liberal society that Popper lauds, that aims to be truly open, and discusses why another, more communitarian kind of society, particularly societies in Africa, may also reflect the quest for intellectual openness that is Popper’s ideal. Moreover, this paper avers reasons why Popper should be comfortable with such a liberal-communitarian mix. The inter-subjectivity in his critical rationalism is a balance of an explicit individualism, and an implicit Social element (Afisi, 2016a). Popper is indeed an author of such a balance. For a society to be truly open requires the careful recognition and protection of individual freedom. However, the extent to which individuals are free to perform actions that they desire without external constraints, and the level of their individuality in relation to others when performing such actions, remain a contentious issue between liberals and more communitarian thinkers. Popper’s critical rationalism provides the necessary impetus to this contention through his view of freedom that I contend can best be viewed as carefully balanced, a view which combines individuality with a Social element that upholds community values necessary for openness of society. With this combination, Popper’s politics of liberalism provides an effective model of how a truly open society can be achieved. The values inherent to Popper’s liberalism including those concerning intellectual openness, individual freedom, mutual respect, measured self-respect, welfarism, humanitarianism, accountability, critical debates and feedback from the citizens, together concern the conditions for a society to be truly open. There are many competing thoughts as to what openness might be in Popper’s philosophy. The present study of Popper does not presume to address them all. The focus here is specifically on using Popper’s idea of critical rationalism to balance relations between liberal politics of individual rights and freedom, and communitarian politics of the common good, as it relates to situations about how socio-economic and political conditions in Africa societies should be structured. While I contend that Popper’s works in political philosophy focused centrally on Western political tradition, and not about Africa in its strict sense, significant lessons can be distilled from Popper that can offer suggestions on Social reforms in Africa. This paper explores Popper’s project of the open society across the plurality and differences of societies, so that his liberal ideas of individual freedom are not undermined, and the progress of the communitarian idea of the common good, that Africa societies are built upon, is also well enhanced. Liberal individualism and community values inherent to communitarianism are both well accommodated within Popper’s critical rationalism.

Abstract: 

This study focuses on the investigation of intelligent form-finding and vibration analysis of a triangular polyhedral tensegrity that is enclosed within a sphere and subjected to external loads. The nonlinear dynamic equations of the system are derived using the Lagrangian approach and the finite element method. The proposed form-finding approach, which is based on a basic genetic Algorithm, can determine regular or irregular tensegrity shapes without dimensional constraints. Stable tensegrity structures are generated from random configurations and based on defined constraints (nodes located on the sphere, parallelism, and area of upper and lower surfaces), and shape finding is performed using the fitness function of the genetic Algorithm and multi-objective optimization goals. The genetic Algorithm's efficacy in determining the shape of structures with unpredictable configurations is evaluated in two distinct scenarios: one involving a known connection matrix and the other involving fixed or random member positions (struts and cables). The shapes obtained from the Algorithm suggested in this study are validated using the force density approach, and their vibration characteristics are examined. The findings of the comparative study demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed methodology in determining the vibrational behavior of tensegrity structures through the utilization of intelligent shape seeking techniques.
